Brake Hose Assembly AN3
Our brake hose assembly AN3 is constructed with a PTFE inner liner, a stainless steel outer braid, and a durable PVC cover, ensuring excellent strength, flexibility, and resistance to wear and tear.
Product Introduction
- Inner tube: high quality PTFE/PA
- Reinforcement: Stainless steel/yarn braid
- Cover: colorful and transparent PU
- Modification of the Brake Hose Assembly, the joint can be customized according to the sample or the drawing
- Application:PA AN3 brake line is mostly used to refit electrical mobile, mountain bike and motorcycle. While PTFE AN3 brake line assembly is mostly used to refit high-end car. It’s an necessary part of race car. Besides, it can be widely used in gas transfer, chemical pipeline, high temperature and pressure industry and electronic machine.
Differences between PTFE and PA AN3 Brake Hose Assembly
The temperature range of PA brake hose is -40℃-120℃, while it’s -60℃-260℃ of PTFE brake hose
PTFE brake hose assembly has better bend radius and flexibility
PTFE is flame retardant, but PA can be ignited
PTFE brake hose is originally used on the airplane as the hydraulic part. Because of the great low expansion property at high temperature, it provides excellent hydraulic transmission effect. Then, the hydraulic force from general brake pump can entirely force the branches to provides stable brake force. Besides, the metal layer is hard to break, which greatly reduces the brake failure caused by leakage or damage. Thus PTFE brake hose provides you the security guarantee.

Installation Instructions for Brake Hose Assembly AN3
Before installing the Air Brake Hose Assembly AN3, please read these instructions carefully and follow the steps in order to ensure a safe and proper installation.
1.Remove the old brake hose assembly: Use a wrench to loosen the fittings at each end of the old brake hose assembly. Once the fittings are loose, carefully remove the old hose assembly.
2.Install the new brake hose assembly: Install the new brake hose assembly by threading the fittings at each end onto the appropriate brake line or caliper. Be sure to tighten the fittings securely, but do not overtighten.
3.Bleed the brake system: After installing the new brake hose assembly, it is important to bleed the brake system to remove any air that may have entered during the installation process. To do this, fill the brake fluid reservoir to the proper level, then open the bleeder valve on the caliper or brake line. Have a helper press the brake pedal several times, then close the bleeder valve. Repeat this process until all air is removed from the system.
4.Check for leaks: Once the brake system has been bled, check for leaks at all fittings and connections. If there are any leaks, tighten the fittings or replace any damaged components.
5.Test drive: Take your vehicle for a test drive to ensure that the brakes are working properly and there are no issues with the new brake hose assembly.
