Can we do customized printing on silicone heater hose? Of course, yes. We can print brand name, hose size, and length on the silicone heater hose. But how about food grade silicone tubing? Can we also do printing on it?
Most of the food grade silicone tubing we produce is transparent color and without printing on it. But if there’s a requirement, we can print the customized text on the hose. Of course, other colors are also available for food grade silicone hoses.
One of our customers, he required 5.5mm wall thickness food grade solid blue color silicone tubing. And he needs to print his brand name on it. Orientflex can satisfy his needs. In spite of his requirement is not common (the wall thickness is thicker than usual and selected color), we are professional in silicone hose manufacturing, our production technology can achieve the requirements. About packing, if without any requirements, our common packing way will be plastic bag and big cartons. But this customer requires we cut it as 20 meters per roll, and pack each roll in an independent carton. We can order appropriate box to meet the needs.
